Michael Anders, MS, OTR/L, has been helping people reclaim their health, movement, and quality of life for more than 30 years. His passion for occupational therapy began after his father suffered a devastating stroke that left him paralyzed and unable to speak for the remainder of his life. That experience shaped Michael’s career and created a lifelong commitment to helping people facing complex neurological, pain, and functional challenges.

A graduate of the University of Indianapolis, Michael began practicing occupational therapy in 1992. Over the decades, his work has evolved far beyond traditional rehabilitation. Today, he specializes in helping clients with chronic and complex pain, headaches and migraines, concussion recovery, balance and visual dysfunction, neuropathy, nervous-system dysregulation, and stress-related symptoms—especially when they feel they have already tried everything else.

Michael combines his extensive clinical experience with advanced hands-on techniques and innovative technologies designed to address the body and nervous system as a whole. Rather than simply chasing symptoms, he works to identify the patterns that may be keeping the body stuck in pain, protection, or dysfunction and helps create the conditions for improved regulation, movement, and healing.

His goal is simple: help people feel better, function better, and get back to living the life they want to live.
